The ERP5 project involves 3 types of intellectual property: copyright, patents and trademarks. ERP5 copyright is licensed under the terms of either the GPL (programmes), GFDL (documentation) or GPDL (collections of works). ERP5 patents are licensed under the terms of the GPPL. The ERP5 trademark is owned by Nexedi SARL and is free to use to promote ERP5 software and the ERP5 web site. All other trademark are registered trademark of their respective owners.
